01/10/12 On Sunday, January 8th at approximately 2:00am, officers from the Marshall County Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the Gatewood Trailer Court in LaPaz for a domestic disturbance.
During the investigation, Christopher J. Swihart 23, of Plymouth was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Swihart was booked in to the jail for Domestic Battery, Strangulation, Possession of Methamphetamines, and Possession of Marijuana, and was given a $2,000.00 cash bond.
A probable cause affidavit was read to Swihart on January 8th at 10:30am, and he is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 31st at 8:30am.
