Karen Barden is a long time resident of Plymouth who graduated from Plymouth High School and then went on to get her degree in Communications from Purdue University.  She worked as a mortgage originator for 1st Source Bank before she decided to stay home to raise her four children.  She is married to Chad Barden who is currently CEO of Custom Intelligence, a company that designs and sells software for small manufacturers.  Six years ago she started volunteering at the Marshall County Neighborhood Center and later became President of the Board.  Currently she sits on the board of MCNC as the fundraising chair and is founder and chairperson of the annual Dancing With the Stars fundraiser.  She is also a 5 Star Coach at Lincoln Jr. High during the school year.  Barden loves helping people in her community and is excited to use her previous mortgage experience and hard work to continue to help people with their real estate needs.

I am very excited to join the RE/MAX team and use my previous mortgage originating experience to help buyers and sellers.  I have been thinking about getting into the real estate business for a long time, and with my love for people and houses, becoming an agent seems to be a perfect fit, said Barden.

Jeannette and Russ Teall moved to Plymouth in 1973.  Having raised 2 sons; Brian and Eric; Jeannette believes Marshall County to be a great place to live, work and play. Jeannette’s former occupations as Hilltop Nursery School owner/operator, Weight Watchers Class Instructor and Sales Director prepared her well for her new venture as a RE/MAX Realtor.

She graduated from Ancilla College with a Business Administration degree. Currently, Jeannette is the Plymouth Kiwanis Club President and serves on the Marshall County Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors.  Jeannette will make your real estate needs her passion!

Oak Crest Realty was founded in 1975 by Leo & Beverly Eich. That same year Sam Goebel, a school teacher at the time, went to work for the firm. In just a short period of time he realized that real estate was the career for him. In 1979, he and his wife Judy, purchased the company. In 1982 Sam received his auctioneer license and they opened Oak Crest Auctions.  In 1990, they decided to buy into the RE/MAX Network. Since that time, RE/MAX Oak Crest Realty has been the leader in overall market share in Marshall County. Dave Goebel, Principal Broker, is excited to welcome Karen Barden and Jeannette Teall as new agents who look forward to serving you with all of your real estate needs.  Visit the RE/MAX Oak Crest Realty office at 507 E.
