Bremen PD Arrest Lakeville Man on DWS & Marijuana

MugShot_Timothy Hathaway (2)On Saturday, August 2, about 4:05 in the afternoon a Bremen Officer observed a vehicle in the 200 block of North Bowen Avenue being operated by a person with a suspended license. The officer stopped the vehicle and the suspect, 35 year old Timothy Hathaway of Lakeville was detained for Driving While Suspended Prior.

During an inventory prior to impound a small amount of marijuana was found.

Upon completion of the investigation Timothy Hathaway was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a complaint of Driving While Suspended with a Prior charge, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance. His cash bond was set at $3,005 and he was given a September 2nd date for his initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
