09/06/13 On Tuesday, September 3rd at approximately 1:45 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer John Weir located and arrested 48 year old Todd Wagoner of Plymouth on two active warrants through Marshall County. Wagoner was wanted for Failure to Appear for Court Costs and Fines with bonds set at $175 and $171. He was transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail and held on those two bonds.
