Ladies Mark Your Calendars For A Night Out

February 22, 2011

02/22/11 Tri Kappa will be hosting their Ladies Night Out event on March 3, 2011.  With this year’s theme “Take Me To The Fair”, we will bring the fairgrounds to you.  Come out and join us for this fun, fair-themed evening, with a great Country Fair buffet including braised country pot roast, yummy corn on the cob, homemade pies and more.  Practice your aim and bring your game face, as there are many fun prizes to win.

Here is just a sample of some of the prizes that have been donated; a Longaberger quilted bag, a Living History “Marshall County Pictorial History 1945-95”, a South Bend Silver Hawks suite package for 20 people, 5 tanning sessions and more.

The night also has “tip” games planned with some of the prizes being a jewelry box with a Kameleon necklace, ring, and earrings from Fernbaughs, two homemade quilts, and cash!

This year’s grand prize donated by U.S. Granules, is a two-night stay at the beautiful Conrad in Indianapolis, includes deluxe room, valet parking, taxes, breakfast both days in the Capital Grille, plus $400 Macy’s gift cards.  Everyone who buys a ticket and is present on March 3rd is eligible to win!

The cost of a ticket is $35.00 per person, which includes the buffet.  Doors open at 5:30pm and the event will be at the Christos Banquet Center at 830 Lincolnway E in Plymouth.  Tickets can be purchased at the ReMax Office 507 E. Jefferson Street, Plymouth; The Plymouth Foundry 523 W. Harrison, Plymouth; and the PNC Bank on Michigan Street, Plymouth.  Tickets will be available until March 1st, tickets will not be sold at the door.

Tri Kappa uses this night to raise money for their charitable programs, like Center for Hospice & Pallative Care, the Marshall County Neighborhood Center and more.

This year Ladies Night Out is in honor of Margaret Sherwood – long time Tri Kappa member, who for many years ran the project of Covered Wagons that was presented to all area 5th graders taking Indiana History .
