Ribbon Cutting at Upper Crust Pizzeria

January 31, 2013

02/01/13 Wednesday afternoon Mayor Mark Senter and Councilman Duane Culp attended a ribbon cutting ceremony for Upper Crust Pizzeria at 112 South Michigan Street in downtown Plymouth.

Owners Gwen and Keith West opens the pizzeria on October 16th and have been making the best homemade pizzas in the area, especially the Chicago style pizza…now that’s something you just can’t get around here.

Upper Crust Pizzeria has several specialty pizzas and the one thing that sets them apart from all the rest is their homemade dough and pizza sauce.  Not only do they have pizza but a variety of hot sandwiches, salads, a large assortment of appetizers, and dessert pizzas.  You’ll also want to try one of their cheese rolls that are simply unforgettable.

Although a huge amount of their business is carry-out they do offer two dining rooms that can be booked for private parties or meetings too along with catering.

They are open Tuesday through Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m., Fridays from 11 a.m. till 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 4 to 10 p.m.  You can check them out on the web at www.ucpizzeria.com of like them on Facebook for monthly features and new foods.
