05/29/13 Just after Memorial Day, Congresswoman Jackie Walorski (IN-2) will visit the VFW Post # 1162 today (Wednesday) to hold a roundtable discussion with local veterans. As a member of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee, Walorski plans to highlight the role of local Veterans Service Officers (VSO), listen to concerns, and provide a brief legislative update from her work in Congress.
The public is invited to attend the “Veterans’ Tour” at 4:30 p.m. at the Plymouth VFW, 606 Lake Avenue.
Walorski will trael to all 10 counties in the Second District over the course of two days.
