Dustin Ford Arested on Warrants

  10/12/12  On Saturday, October 6th at 10:46 AM Patrolman Les McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a 1998 Plymouth Van driven by 21 year old Dustin T. Ford for a traffic offense.  During the traffic stop it was discovered that Mr. Ford was allegedly violating his Learner’s Permit.  Officer McFarland also found that he had two active warrants through Marshall County for illegal consumption of alcohol along with possession of marijuana.

Mr. Ford was taken into custody and was transported to the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $171. During the booking procedure a suspected methamphetamine pipe was located on Dustin Ford’s person.

Officer McFarland is completing a case report to forward to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office with possible possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine charges to be filed.
