04/27/12 City of Plymouth Engineer, Rick Gaul announced Thursday afternoon an extension for the closure of Western Avenue.
The closure of Western Avenue will be extended one day, thru Monday April. Asphalt placement is scheduled for Monday and the street will be opened once asphalt placement is completed. The closure was needed to repair the two railroad crossings just north of North Street. Traffic needing to travel in the industrial park will be serviced by traveling on Western Avenue north of the closure area.
Del Monte will be the only company serviced by traveling on Western Avenue south of the closure area.
