02/14/11 Mayor Mark Senter presented Jan Houin with a special recognition for her work with Operation Quiet Comfort during a Wythougan Toastmaster meeting on Friday February 11th. Jan has dedicated so much of her passion and time to this organization. Operation Quiet Comfort is a non-profit organization that helps our injured veterans overseas.
