Marshall County Police investigated a two-vehicle crash on Sunday evening, July 23rd just after 5 at King and 7th Roads.
69-year-old Gene Marsh Driver was traveling eastbound on 7th Road in a 2020 Toyota Rav intending to turn northbound on King Road.
37-year-old Rosa M. Juarez-Zuniga was traveling southbound on King Road in a 2015 Ford Explorer approaching the intersection with 7th Road.
Mr. Marsh failed to yield the right of way to the Ford Explorer and the two vehicles collided in a right-angle collision causing disabling damage to both vehicles.
Both drivers complained of pain but refused treatment and transport from EMS.
